Run in place, air boxing/jabs, squat jacks, vertical arm jacks

Kettle bell/dumbbell squat press
Pull ups
Ring pushups with feet on box

In and outs
Bicycles
Crunchy frogs

Seated rows
Push ups
Planks
Side planks with arm raised and feet separated, perform oblique crunches each side
Planks with opposite foot and hand raised, repeat opposite side
Pushups
Burpees

From p90x
Heels to heaven
Seated cross legged vertical sit ups
Rollups to V ups

Seated rows
Push ups
Planks
Side planks with arm raised and feet separated, perform oblique crunches each side
Planks with opposite foot and hand raised, repeat opposite side
Pushups
Burpees

Cool down/ stretch
Hydrate
